Shohei Ohtanis former interpreter Ippei Mizuhara is reportedly in negotiations to plead guilty in connection to the reported theft of Ohtanis money and gambling scandal. Chris Broussard and Rob Parker react to the news and debate whether or not Ippei could be the fall guy for the Japanese 2x MVP!
Chris Broussard: “It’s possible; I’m not saying I believe that, I want to believe the report. We wouldn’t be being honest if we didn’t say that that was at least a possibility!”
Rob Parker: “Shohei put himself out there and said he never bet on anything... I’m just going to play devil’s advocate could he be the fall guy for Shohei Ohtani? I’m not saying he gambled!”
