The Guardians extended their winning streak to five games after shutting out the Royals 2-0 in Cleveland. Joey Cantillo earned the victory after striking out five over eight shutout innings. Jose Ramirez went three for four with a solo home run. Cleveland is fifth in the AL Wild Card and will continue the four-game series tonight.
