#GoodNews: FedEx Driver Rescues Pregnant Mom From Fiery Car Crash

A FedEx driver is being hailed as a hero for rescuing a pregnant woman from a burning car in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The incident occurred over the weekend when a car crash left the woman trapped inside her vehicle. Quin’Darius Champion, who witnessed the crash while on his delivery route, immediately jumped into action to assist.

The crash involved a pickup truck that failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a white Toyota Camry, driven by the pregnant woman, who was trapped in her car and frightened. Local residents, including Tammy Ake, tried to help, but were unable to free the woman as the car started to catch fire.

Champion stopped his deliveries and rushed to the scene, lifting the car door to pull the woman out quickly. His swift actions were praised by the community, with Ake calling him a lifesaver. Champion, who is studying for his master's in forensics at the University of Georgia, credited his mother for teaching him to always help those in need. Despite some injuries, the pregnant woman was reported to be okay.
