The Indiana Pacers crushed the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers 129-109 in Game Four of the Eastern Conference semifinals in Indianapolis. Pascal Siakam Obi Toppin and Myles Turner each scored at least 20 points to help Indiana take a commanding 3-1 series lead. The Pacers are now one win away from their second straight trip to the Eastern Conference Finals. Darius Garland scored a team-high 21 points for the Cavs in the losing effort. Donovan Mitchell sat out the second half of the game with an ankle injury. Cleveland will host Indiana in Game Five on Tuesday
