CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cleveland Cavaliers squared off against an injury-riddled Rockets team as they looked to protect home court. Cleveland jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, leading by as much as 44 points while cruising to a 124-89 win.

Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland continues to show why he has superstar potential in the league, leading all scorers with 21 points while shooting an efficient 7-11 from the field. Isaac Okoro lit up the Rockets for a new season high 22 points, knocking down all three of his three point attempts.

The Cavaliers will take a few days off before taking on the Milwaukee Bucks on the road. Tip-off on Saturday night is set for 9:00 pm ET at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
