CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cleveland Cavaliers hosted a Blazers team that had yet to see a victory on the road. Portland jumped out to a 3-point lead after the first quarter but the Cavaliers answered with 37 of their own in the second quarter. Despite a late game surge by the Blazers, the Cavaliers were able to hang on to win by the final score of 107-104.

Cavaliers rookie Evan Mobley continues his fast start to his rookie season, recording a double double and a block that came on an attempted three pointer by Damian Lillard. Jarrett Allen led all Cavaliers in scoring with 24 points and an eye popping 17 boards.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will take on the Toronto Raptors on the road on Friday night. Tip-off is set for 7:30 pm at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario.
