LeBron Leads Lakers Past Cavaliers 113-101

LOS ANGELES, CA -- The Los Angeles Lakers came out of the gate looking a bit sluggish, turning the ball over a total of 15 times in the first half. LeBron and the Lakers settled in in the second half, gaining a double digit lead late over the visiting Cavaliers. Los Angeles went on to defeat the Cavaliers by the final score of 113-101.

Carmelo Anthony took a sip from the fountain of youth on Friday night, scoring an impressive 24 points off the bench while shooting an efficient 9-12 from the field. Lebron James led all scorers in the game with 26 total points.

Cavaliers rookie Evan Mobley shined in the city of angels, scoring a career high 26 points. Ricky Rubio led the charge off the bench with 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists.
