ORLANDO--Within the opening minutes of Monday night's Cavs-Magic game, Dante Exum who was starting in place of the injured Darius Garland injured his leg. While Colin Sexton tied a Cavs franchise record (LeBron James) for consecutive games with 20+ points to open a season, the Cavs' seven active players ran out of gas in the second half as the Orlando Magic blew out the Cavs 103-83.

While the Cavs kept it close in the first half, the Magic pulled away in the third quarter outscoring the shorthanded Cleveland team 38-18 and never looked back. The Magic made 15 three-pointers and the Cavs never found an answer.

Cavs Head Coach JB Bickerstaff had this to say after the game about his team:

The Cleveland Cavaliers fall to 4-3 while the Orlando Magic improve to 5-2. Due to the limited travel restrictions with this season's NBA schedule, these two teams will meet again in Orlando on Wednesday night! Coverage begins this Wednesday at 6:05pm with Cavs Now with Greg Brinda followed by Cavs Network Coverage with Mike Snyder at 6:30pm.
