Dorian Thompson-Robinson threw for 170 yards and a pick while Jerry Jeudy had 12 catches for 94 yards. Cleveland has lost five straight and currently holds the Number-3 pick in April's draft at 3-and-13.
The Browns finish the regular season at the Ravens on Saturday.
