The Browns head coach isn't concerned about his job security.
Kevin Stefanski told the media he doesn't worry about the "outside noise" related to his being on the "hot seat."
The coach and general manager Andrew Berry signed extensions in the offseason after Stefanski took home NFL Coach of the Year honors last season.
The Browns clash with the division-leading Steelers on Thursday Night Football from Cleveland.
