Cleveland, OH: Flats East Bank has announced the opening date for the Flats East Bank Farmers Market. Beginning Wednesday, June 9, 2021, and every Wednesday through October 13, the Flats East Bank Farmers Market will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. by the water on Old River Road and feature fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, breads, handmade items, and much more from local farmers and vendors. "We're very excited for the community to experience another amazing Farmers Market at the Flats East Bank. We've got an incredible lineup of local vendors and a little bit of everything to please a variety of interests," says Angela Nagal, Director of Marketing and Special Events at Flats East Bank.
The weekly Farmers Market will feature vendors such as Bittnerbees, Colleen's Candles and Soaps, Community Greenhouse, JMM Farms, Tidwell's Gardens LTD, and more! "Proceeds from the Farmers Market will benefit Food Strong, a local nonprofit whose mission is to strengthen and empower communities through fresh, local foods," says Nagal. "We’re happy to be partnering with this fantastic organization.”
