With time winding down in the 3rd quarter, Lebron James missed a shot that would have tied the game before the buzzer. A Cleveland Cavaliers executive behind the Cavs bench celebrated the miss by James, but that might have been the catalyst for his 4th quarter heroics.
James went on to outscore his former team 21-19 in the 4th quarter and finished with 46 points on his way to a 115-108 win for the Lakers.
It was the first time James has returned to Cleveland as a Laker since signing with Los Angeles as a free agent in the summer of 2018.
