CHICAGO--Francisco Lindor tied the game in the ninth inning with a flyball that really traveled out of left field.
But this was how the game ended:
Even with Tyler Naquin's 4 for 4 night and Lindor with key plays, it still wasn't enough for the Tribe to snap the seven game losing streak.
The Indians are still the 8th seed, sitting four games ahead in the loss column of Detroit and Seattle. However if this losing streak continues, those two teams will get into the mix for the final spot with 12 days remaining in the regular season.
RHP Aaron Civale (3-5) will start Wednesday night for the Indians against LHP Jon Lester (2-2). Coverage begins at 7:05pm with the Ken Ganley Kia Tribe Insider Pregame with Carmen Angelo. First pitch at 8:15pm follow by Xtra Innings with Greg Brinda.
